Ok I didn’t want to do this because I am just visiting here from out of town but its been 2 days and I’m still upset . I told the nail technician what I wanted which was take off.full set and pedicure. She frowned and yelled WHATT? I repeated myself AGAIN AND AGAIN!So she eventually told me to sit down. She started clipping off my dip powder acrylic and was very aggressive not holding back at all. I said that hurts. I prefer to soak them. She ignored me and was damaging my real nails underneath the acrylic. I had to pull my hand from her so she would stop. She told me it was going to take long. I said that’s fine. I don’t want to damage my nail bed. She then started yapping in her language like most tacky unprofessional nail shops do. Which I’m not used to because my nail shop at home 10+ years don’t gossip about clients and speak in their language for business purposes only. Anyways I was trying to adjust. She then asked me what color. I told her ombré dip powder. Colors nude and white. She start telling me my nails are pink not nude. I told her no my nails are nude not pink. We went back and forth with this for about 5 minutes. No exaggeration. I almost walked out but she had already ripped off some of my nails. So I forced myself to stay. She then asked what color I want my toes. I told her I would have to see the color put on my nails first so that they match my toes. Again she acted like I was speaking Spanish to her and frowned up yelling WHAT!! I had to repeat myself many times. She complained and gossiped more. After complaining to all her employees that soaking the acrylic off of my nails was going to be too long, she decided she wasn’t going to do my nails at all. She was very rude from start to finish. She was glaring at me the whole time and shaking her head saying something about ombre lol it sounds like a prank but she was serious. Then the manager cane. He spoke much better English and understood what I wanted THE FIRST TIME. I was relieved. Well he soaked my nails then someone else walks in and he starts doing her nails and leaves me to soak. I’m thinking, ok he’s going to multi task since they are short on staff. WRONG! He tells the lady that his wife will do her nails but after looking around to see his wife wasn’t around he left me soaking and start doing a fill for the lady who just walked in meanwhile my nails are fully soaked and when I touched my nails they immediately started deteriorating so I was clearly done and once again I’m waiting. I told him my nails were done but if he needed me to come back so would. He said No stay my wife is on her way. She can do them for you. After waiting about 10 min. I told them how about we just start my pedicure and do my nails when the wife gets back. They didn’t like that. Then I get to the massage chair and honestly the lady who did my pedicure was awesome even though it was $60 and I’m used to paying $20 at a bigger better salon in a bigger city. But at least I received some type of service and she did a good job. Again they asked what color and I told them It depends on the color of my nails because I want my nails and toes to match. So then the wife was ready to do my nails. I explain to her what I wanted. She also understood without me needing to repeat myself. She did a decent job on my right hand. I really liked the way she shaped them but the blending wasn’t perfect but oh well I’m out of town and needed my nails done asap. Well I don’t know what went wrong on my left hand but it looked like a bad tile pattern and not the natural looking blend in ombré nails. I asked her to go over them and she did. Overall she has a good attitude and was professional. It’s just that even the second time redoing my nails they still look completely different from my right hand. I watched many people come and go! 4 HOURS of my life I’ll never get back! and 130$ Are you serious? I am used to paying no more than $70 FOR QUALITY and 5star service! I wish I would’ve just let them take off then painted my own nails! Seriously SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I will never go here again. Owner rushes through services and does sloppy work. Will send you on your way with uneven and unfinshed nails. Don't waste your time going here
